SAN FRANCISCO, California (TXAN 24) — In one of the most thrilling matchups of the NCAA Tournament, Texas Tech and Arkansas went to overtime in the Sweet 16 after the Red Raiders mounted an incredible 16-3 run to close regulation.
Arkansas appeared to have control late, but Texas Tech’s relentless defense and clutch shooting erased the deficit in the final minutes, stunning the Razorbacks and forcing the extra period.
